LeClerc Fanny (above): I just started a third baby blanket on my refurbished 1960s loom. It took me about three months to work my way through the first two blankets, so I decided it would be wise to cut them off the loom, hem and send them off to their new homes before the intended recipients graduated from high school. I'm really pleased with how the blankets turned out. I used a 5/2 cotton from Geogia Yarn Company and the fabric has an excellent drape and hand. Cutting off the some of the blankets early also allowed me to try out a new weaving technique.
LeClerc Voyageur: I am still trying to finish a linen scarf for Jean-Jacques; this project has been slow going, probably because it's a table loom and the pattern is complex (coffee beans). During the upcoming break I hope to make significant progress on it.
Harrisville: This set of twill towels is destined to be a gift for some family members so hopefully I finish them soon. There were a few errors along the way, but it was a great learning experience for my first warp on the refurbished loom.
Oxaback Lilla: Over the summer I managed to snag a used sectional warp beam from Ravelry (an online fiber arts community) and Jean-Jacques helped me install it. This is my first sectional warp so it's a steep learning curve, but I'm hoping it will eventually make the warping process easier. The plan is to make a set of towels based on the colors for a Jane Stafford online guild project and I think the warp is about 3 yards long.
